PROBLEMMost 'free consultations' are a sales call in a nice jumper. You explain everything, they nod, and you get a quote for a thing you didn't ask for. Meanwhile the real question is still sat there: what should I actually do first?

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no charge for the chat and no catch. I'd rather you meet me properly before deciding anything.

Will you try to sell me something?

No hard sell, ever. If I can help, I'll say how and what it'd involve. If I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful. Either way you get something out of the time.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's the best reason to book. Most people arrive with a feeling rather than a brief. Working out what's actually going on is what the first ten minutes are for.

How does the call happen?
